Duyen crushed her first obstacle run

duyen, x-run, obstacle course, obstacle run, vietnam, rmit university, sgs, RMIT Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon, VietnamMy wife, Duyen, took on the “X-run” obstacle course earlier this month.  This event featured 12 obstacles and a 2.2 km run, and about 150 participants.  Runners had to run about 1.5 km, then negotiate a bunch of physical obstacles by climbing over/under/through them, swinging across adult monkey bars, and finally trudging through a giant tub of ice water.
